Now we have introduced several improvements, which specify the role of FZB42 as model for gram-positive plant-growth-promoting and biocontrol bacteria. Especially, a list of genes involved in plant-bacteria interactions and a list of genes occurring in FZB42 but not in B. subtilis 168 were added to the data bank. A genomic context graph in which you are informed about genes adjacent to the target gene is now available. Any ideas to improve the data bank and also to correct mistakes are highly welcomed. We are very interested to obtain hints about genes involved in plant bacteria interactions and about laboratories working with FZB42. Contact us, please.
