Bacillus velezensis (amyloliquefaciens) FZB42, the model strain for plant-growth promoting Bacilli stimulates plant growth and suppresses soil-borne plant pathogens. The strain has been sequenced in 2007 (Chen et al. (2007); Nature Biotechnology 25, 1007–1014) as the first example for Gram-positive plant-associated Bacilli. In order to celebrate this event, we offer here the possibility to get access to the data known about this bacterium.
